How the Bid Process Works

Submit your documentation. Send us your technical specifications, any existing documentation, and the $10,000 assessment fee by the posted deadline.

Receive your quote. Within 5 business days, you'll get a detailed scope assessment and fixed-price bid based on your equipment's complexity.

Decide. If you accept, the $10,000 assessment fee applies to your project cost and we begin work immediately. If you decline, the assessment fee is non-refundable—it covers the time our compliance team invested in evaluating your documentation.

We begin. Two staff members are assigned exclusively to your project, ensuring your manual is completed within the 6-month timeline.

Equipment We Document
